3)What motivates you to be successful?
This question is normally asked to see how driven you are to be successful for the
position that you are interviewing for. There no correct or incorrect answers. Obviously,in order to answer this question, you need to first write down what motivates you professionally and think of some examples that display these attributes.
Example Answer: What really motivates me is to see the strategies that I develop implemented by mycompany.
4) Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
The interviewer wants to know about your career goals. He or she wants to see if you are driven or maybe even loyal. You’ll want to connect your answer for the position that you are interviewing for.
Example Answer: I see myself in a managerial position that supervises employees
develops their skills.
